Assignment
14A
1.
One thing I have done to
keep up with this course is to plan out my week correctly and not at the last
minute. It is important to be organized instead of being all over the place. In
addition, you have to be specific in what the opportunity is that you are
trying to solve. During this course I have learned every week to narrow down exactly
what I am selling and who I am selling too.
2.
Professor Pryor mentioned
that in today’s world everyone wants to make money off an app. For my business
idea I wanted to create an app as part of the business. Instead of an app I realized
this is something I can install into cars. At first, I did not know how this
business would work without the app, but I found loopholes in my own business
idea. Needless to say, I have grown tenaciously the more I think about my
business plan. Every week I definitely felt like I have grown into my business
idea and can make it come to life.
3.
Tip 1: Do not
put this class last on your list because your idea will not be as narrowed.
Tip 2: Listen to
Pryor’s instructions on the weekly assignments in the live lectures to gain a more
detailed perspective.
Tip 3: Do
not use the first idea that comes to mind. Write out all of the opportunities
you see and narrow down the best one. Take time to do this.
Hi Chris, I really liked the advice you gave. I honestly wish I could have received that advice before beginning this class because it would have served me well. I'm glad to hear that this class is helping you get closer to achieving your real life goals. Great job.

ReplyDeleteYour tips were wonderful. I think not taking this class seriously is a serious error in judgement. I can ageee that once I got serious and planned out my assignments for this class things got easier. I do want to say that as the weeks go by I am more invested in my plan, and I think about it outside of just doing the assignment. Have you found yourself doing this too? I really enjoyed reading your post, thank you for sharing.
